GRANT #19 | DAISY | HEAD & NECK CANCER WARRIOR

Daisy is a Head & Neck Cancer Warrior who is working full-time while undergoing treatment. Daisy lives in the city and needs to commute to the suburbs for treatment multiple times per week but doesn’t own a vehicle. The least stressful way for her to get to and from her appointments is to use services such as Uber, but that comes at a cost with how often Daisy needs to order a ride.

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, some of the great foundations who have programs that provide free rides to cancer patients in need were suspended, so that wasn’t an option.

We were honored to be able to provide a financial grant to help Daisy with any transportation costs she may have to get back and forth to treatment.

We thank all of you who have continued to support us, without your generosity we wouldn't be able to provide these grants.
