GRANT #15 | ANTONIO | INTRAOCULAR LYMPHOMA WARRIOR

On March 11, 2020, Kittie’s Warriors met with Antonio at Central DuPage Hosptial in WInfield to present him with a grant to ease some of the financial burden that followed his cancer diagnosis. Antonio was first diagnosed in 2015 and is going through treatment again for recurrence.

Antonio is unable to work due to the side effects from his treatment and his employer offers no disability benefits. His wife works part-time and they are trying to make ends meet with only her income, but she also has to focus on helping Antonio when she isn’t trying to provide for their household. Antonio, as are all of our other patients, is such an inspiration to us.

KWF was happy to be able to help Antonio by awarding him a grant to help pay his day to day bills. To our supporters, donors and sponsors, thank you for allowing us to make this grant possible for Antonio.
