GRANT #12 | LETHA | BREAST CANCER WARRIOR

On December 13, 2019 we met with and awarded a grant to Letha, a breast cancer warrior who needs some extra assistance while going through treatment. Letha is a single mother of two who has no short term disability or FMLA benefits since she is independently contracted. She is not paid for the time that she takes off during her treatment, and is having trouble keeping up with her daily bills.

KWF was happy to be able to help ease Letha’s burden and are only able to do so with your help. We cannot thank our supporters enough for their generosity. With your help we can truly make a difference in the life of cancer patients who are going through treatment.
